What is the Next Generation Hub?

New for 2026, the Next Generation Hub is a dedicated space at the BHBIA Annual Conference for delegates with up to five years’ experience in the healthcare business insights sector.

Conferences can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly early in your career. The Hub provides a relaxed space to pause, connect with peers and build confidence navigating the event.

Delegates are welcome to drop in during breaks, at lunch or at the end of the day. Whether you stay for a few minutes or longer, the Hub is designed to help early-career professionals meet others at a similar stage and feel part of the wider BHBIA community.

Make the most of the Conference

Throughout the Conference, there will be opportunities for Next Generation attendees to share experiences, exchange advice and pick up practical tips on making the most of the event.

The Hub will be hosted by Georgia Culley, Associate Partner at boxee group and a previous Rising Stars Conference Prize winner. Georgia will be a friendly face to look out for throughout the Conference, welcoming delegates to the Hub and helping to introduce people across the community.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to hear from Katy Bunn, Insights Manager at Chiesi UK, who will share her own conference experiences and reflections on building confidence early in your career.

Next Generation Complimentary Pass

To encourage wider participation, BHBIA members may register a third delegate free of charge for every two tickets purchased.

We encourage organisations to offer this additional place to a Rising Star (someone with fewer than five years’ industry experience). Supporting early-career participation helps individuals build confidence and connections, while also bringing fresh perspectives that benefit the wider healthcare business insights community and enrich discussions across the Conference.

If no Rising Star is available, the complimentary place may be used by another colleague.
