Please note: Conference tickets do not cover accommodation. All accommodation must be booked separately through our dedicated booking portal.

Next Generation Complimentary Pass: For every two tickets purchased, the BHBIA will provide a third identical ticket free of charge. Complimentary tickets should first be offered to a Rising Star (someone with fewer than five years’ industry experience). If no Rising Star is available, the pass may be used by another colleague.
Super Early bird cancellation: All delegate bookings made on or before the 18th December 2025 take into account the 15% super early bird discount. Please note: All super early bird bookings must include the delegate name. Super early bird places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if required.
Early bird cancellation: All delegate bookings made on or before the 29th January 2026 take into account the 7.5% early bird discount. Please note: All early bird bookings must include the delegate name. Early bird places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if required.
Cancellation after early bird deadlines: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of bookings can only be accepted by email to admin@bhbia.org.uk. Full refunds can only be given against a booking if written cancellation is received four weeks prior to the event. After this time, no refunds will be given, however a substitute delegate can be accepted.

Bringing a colleague earlier in their career?
Early-career delegates can also take advantage of the Next Generation Hub, a new space at the Conference designed to help professionals with up to five years’ experience connect with peers, build confidence and navigate the event.
